I found it to be better than I was expecting. The salmon was moist and this could be a good alternative to a burger. I was pleased about the meat to bun ratio.
My drawbacks was the lemon slices would times be a bit over powering making some bits to acidic. Also, the sauce was a bit drippy making it a bit messy.
